Company Description

The Law Office of Olena Manilich is dedicated to assisting individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration process. We work in a very fast-paced environment with everything changing quickly.

Role Description

This is a role for an Immigration Associate Attorney. The attorney will provide legal counsel on immigration matters, prepare and file applications, attend hearings and interviews, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations. Additional responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining client communication to address any concerns and updates with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • J.D. or L.L.M. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in New York
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to learn new things
    Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
    Ukrainian/Russian is preferred
  • Prior experience in an immigration law firm or practice is preferred

  • Competitive salary – $70,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience).
