Expert (non-attorney) Consultation Service Agreement
By scheduling and paying for a consultation, the participant (“Participant”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope and Duration of Consultation


The Participant understands and agrees that the consultation with the Expert (non-attorney) will be limited to the duration specified at the time of booking.

2. Nature of Services


The Participant acknowledges that by scheduling and paying for a consultation, the session is conducted by an Expert (non-attorney). The consultation is preliminary in nature and does not constitute legal advice or legal services.

3. Pre-Consultation Requirements


The Participant agrees to complete any required intake questionnaire and provide a valid photo identification prior to the scheduled consultation. Failure to submit the required information in a timely manner may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy


The Participant agrees to provide advance notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule the consultation.

In the event of rescheduling—whether initiated by the Participant or due to failure to comply with pre-consultation requirements—the consultation will be moved to the next available date and time as offered by the service provider and mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. In all other cases, no refunds will be provided. Refunds for eligible canceled consultations will be processed within thirty (30) days from the date of cancellation.
